Note: If you are shooting still photography, or low-resolution video, for private display to your friends and family, you do not need to register as press. Personal use still cameras are permitted at all events and do not require a written agreement, but any image use beyond personal use must be approved in writing. All broadcast-quality video cameras require pre-event written approval from HIN.

We invite major broadcast media and news outlets to attend Hot Import Nights and Nightshift Events. We will make every effort to assist you in your news reporting. If you require space for uplink rigs or news vans, please call as soon as possible so that we can accomodate your special needs.
